Terms and Hourly Services
Furniture & Cabinetry:
Required is a 50% deposit of the agreed amount. Once the deposit is received Square Peg will deliver and finish job either on or before the agreed date. Once final completion of job and satisfaction of customer is reached, then the remaining 50% will be paid by customer to Square Peg.
Hourly & Time+Material Services:
The customer will pay for all materials upfront. And pay the hourly fee for work done by Square Peg*. If any additional materials are required, agreement between the customer and Square Peg must be made about payment. Square Peg may pay for materials and be reimbursed amount of printed receipt or the customer will again prepay for additional materials. Square Peg will make initial material and price list that will be confirmed by customer.
*Additional Fees and Rates for Time & Material or Hourly Services:
Trim Work: $35 for first hour $25 each additional hour
Crown Molding, Judges Paneling, Wainscoting, Paneling, etc.
Interior Painting: $35 for first hour $20 each additional hour
Faux Finishing: $35 for first hour $25 each additional hour
Low Voltage Electrical: $35 for first hour $25 each additional hour
Drywall Repair: $35 for first hour $20 each additional hour
New Drywall: $35 for first hour $25 each additional hour
including framing
Basic Handyman Services: $35 for first hour $25 each additional hour
2 hour minimum on all services
Off hour charges may apply for specialized working hours.
